A wine resulting from a strict choice of vineyards situated in the central hilly zone of Peza, at an altitude between 400 and 550m. Vineyards are cultivated under the control of winery experts in order to achieve the high quality needed. Made of two important Cretan varieties, Vilana and Malvazia di Candia, this white wine is characterized by the young aromas of citrus fruits, the freshness of the taste and a long lasting and cool aftertaste.
