TITAKIS WINES is a family winery, situated in one of the most famous vineyard regions of Crete, the appellation area (AOC) of PEZA. The winery is situated in the village Kounavoi, in the heart of the area.
TITAKIS WINES is a family winery, situated in one of the most famous vineyard regions of Crete, the appellation area (AOC) of PEZA. The winery is situated in the village Kounavoi, in the heart of the area.
The winery was founded in the nearby village Kalloni, with a small production of bulk wine, back in the sixties. In 1996, the winery moved and started the wine production in Kounavoi. The new winery is well equipped, and is always investing on state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
Today, the winery is managed by the third generation. In 2006 we started bottling one more range of wine, according to the consumer’s requirement for a pleasant, upgraded quality daily wine.
