Αnoskeli Anoferia Red Dry

Wine from grapes of the noble French variety Syrah, from our vineyards, located in the semi-mountainous village Anoskeli, 30 km southwest of the city of Chania in Crete. They are low yields (> 1200 kgr / acre). The winemaking process is controlled at low temperatures (20-25oC) with the classic method of red wine.

The wine comes 100% from the variety Syrah.

Its characteristics are deep red color with ruby hues filled the glass. It smells intense aromas of red fruit and botanical features such as sage and verbena.

In the mouth the balanced acidity gives harmony and tight body. The fruity feeling becomes even stronger with expressive aromas of raspberry, cherry, cinnamon and vanilla. At the end holds long aftertaste leaving slightly spicy chocolate sensation.
