Vilana Fumè
The fruity variety of Vilana, unique and solely found in the Mediterranean island of Crete, had been combined with a lightly ageing in oak barrels. A straw yellowish wine with aromas of apricot, peach and banana, combined to dried nuts and vanilla aromas. Longlasting, it should be served at 9ο – 11οC, can accompany sea food, fishes on grill but also BBQs. Ageing in new french oak barrel for 40 days, a wine that can age for 6 years in the bottle.
